I dye all my yarn with professional quality acid dyes, and pre-wash yarns prior to sale to remove excess dyes. Bold or extremely dark colors (bright reds, deep black/blues) may still have slight bleeding. I try to represent the colors as accurately as possible, but it should be noted that variations may happen between dye lots and from monitor to monitor. If you have questions for me before ordering, please feel free to send me a message. I recommend hand washing with crochet/knit work, but this yarn is (technically) machine washable (gentle/warm) and dryable (low). All my yarns are dyed in a smoke-free and pet-free environment :)
